Shopify or WooCommerce? It depends on what you want your online store to be capable of.
Shopify is particularly well-suited for “do-it-yourselfers” who want to get started quickly and don’t place a high priority on the store being perfectly integrated into their existing website. Just get started and start selling right away—that works very well with Shopify.

Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG)
The name may be unwieldy, but the idea is a good one. From now on, many companies are required to make their websites accessible in accordance with the “BFSG”. A quick Google search reveals that this obligation applies to companies with more than 10 employees or an annual turnover exceeding 2 million euros.
